How to measure

Chest - Measure around the fullest part of your chest, placing the tape under the arms whilst ensuring the tape is flat across the back.
 
Waist - Measure just above your pelvic bones, where you would expect the waistband to rest. Take a deep breath, keep your abs flat, and pull the tape measure tight around your waist.
