RETURNS

Firstly, if you are reading this because you would like to return an item, we'd like to thank you for making the original purchase with us!

EXCHANGES

We are committed to providing each and every customer with the products they desire, therefore, if you require a different size or colour we are more than happy to exchange this for you.

Please fill out the Returns Form  and make sure to detail your order number and the reason for your return.

If you are unable to print the form, we understand. Please include a piece of paper within your returns parcel detailing your order number, reason for return and any other key information that will assist us in dealing with your request.

REFUNDS

We believe very highly in our products and, as such, do not think it is likely you will want a refund. However, we will issue a cash refund upon request if the conditions listed below are met, and you submit your request to support@simplyinspiredfitness.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

In order for us to continue improving our products, please include your reason for return on the Returns Form.

CONDITIONS

  • All items must be unworn and in their original packing with tags still intact.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of the product back to our registered address - we therefore recommend tracked delivery.
  • Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving the items.
  • Refund requests must be made via email to support@simplyinspiredfitness.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • All refunds and exchange requests will be processed by us within 3-5 days and confirmed via email. Please allow up to 7 working days for the return payment to be processed.

    FAULTY ITEMS

    In the very unlikely circumstance where you receive a faulty item, please email us immediately at support@simplyinspiredfitness.com including pictures of the fault so we can address the issue as quickly as possible. We will then advise on the course of action thereon.

    SHIPPING COSTS

    If you wish to exchange or refund an item, you are liable for any shipping costs associated with returning the item back to our offices. However, if the item is deemed to be faulty, following an assessment by ourselves, we will cover any shipping costs associated with the exchange of the item.

    Only 1 exchange per item is permitted. If you decide to exchange an item for the second time, we will issue you store credit equal to the price you paid for the item. You will then need to re-order your item in the desired size and colour.
